Jayce helps guests feel prepared, supported, and cared for before they travel. She has served as Pre-Trip Concierge for our Panama, Paris, and London experiences, helping travelers navigate everything from trip preparation to last-minute questions with warmth and attention to detail.

She holds a BS from Imo State University and enjoys helping create experiences that feel welcoming from the very beginning.

Destination Concierge - Spain

Khadeejah helps create a welcoming and seamless experience for travelers once they arrive. She has served as Destination Concierge for our Playa del Carmen and Bali experiences, supporting guests on the ground with local insight, thoughtful coordination, and attentive care throughout the trip.

 

With a background in international education and community engagement, she has lived and worked across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. She is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese and enjoys helping travelers feel comfortable, connected, and supported throughout their journey.
