Why should our community matter to non-Black people?  The answer is simple.  We provides a spaces where Black people are not subject to many of the biases, discrimination, and criticisms they otherwise face.  We all benefit from the collaborative innovation, creativity and joy that socially nourished people bring to the world.

Founded in 2012, our community has brought together more than 20,000 people through events, conversations, travel, and shared experiences rooted in connection and joy. The aim is simple: bringing Black people together in positive ways.
